Subrogation
Subrogation potential is diligently pursued, from pinpointing fire causation at the scene to determining responsibility, assessing product liability, facilitating ongoing investigations, and achieving measurable results in the courtroom.  We also offer secure evidence storage, laboratory facilities, and access to system-specific experts.

Arson
Our investigators have an average of 27 years of experience in public safety.  They have forged unparalleled relationships with fire marshals and public officials across our coverage area, and bring the experience of putting arsonists behind bars.  While working diligently with public officials, we also maintain a high degree of thoroughness and independence that allows the private investigation to stand on its own merits.

Scene Inspection
Circumstances may warrant an initial fire scene inspection to provide you with a quick assessment of the scene.  Including a cursory scene inspection and key interviews, this cost-effective option allows you to accurately determine if further investigation is necessary.

Litigation Support
Chief Fire Analyst James R. Eddy, a past principal member of three National Fire Protection Association Technical Committees, has become widely recognized for providing litigation support to insurance companies, attorneys, and manufacturers. His expert testimony has directly contributed to many successful outcomes in court cases throughout the Northeast.  Jim also conducts file reviews, which allow the client to determine if further fire investigation, code research, or other investigation is warranted.  A file review thoroughly assesses any previous investigation for compliance with the current standards of practice and scientific methodology.
