TIMOTHY HANEY: CFI – Newman, GA

Daniel Kelly is a Certified Fire Investigator and Evidence Collection Technician with the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosives Investigator with the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has over 30 years of experience in the fire industry in various positions, including his previous position as a fire investigator with EFI Global, where he investigated residential, commercial, industrial, and marine fires. He holds an active membership with the IAAI-International and Michigan Chapters, as well as with NAFI. Dan is a court-qualified expert witness.

 

MARK A. WILLIAMS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI, CVFI – Montgomery, AL

Mark Williams is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Mark has 18 years of law enforcement experience in addition to 20 years of fire service experience within Montgomery Fire & Rescue, including serving as a firefighter, fire sergeant, fire lieutenant, fire captain, and fire chief. He has 14 years of combined fire investigation experience in the public and private sectors, having conducted investigative work for the city of Montgomery. Mark is also a member of the Alabama Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a member of the National Association of Fire Investigators and the International Association of Arson Investigators.

 

WILLIAM T. MINOGUE: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Orlando, FL

William Minogue is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has over 30 years of fire service experience. William is past Chief of Wilmington Volunteer Fire Department and past Chief of Au Sable Forks Volunteer Ambulance Service. He was a Battalion Deputy Emergency Services Coordinator for Essex County New York where he also held the title of Fire Investigator from 2004 to 2014. William retired from New York State Department of Corrections at the rank of Lieutenant.

 

D. SHAYNE ADAMS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Lawrenceburg, TN

Shayne Adams is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has been in the fire service for more than 20 years with the city of Lawrenceburg. Shayne became a certified police officer in 2005, after which he was named fire investigator for the city of Lawrenceburg. He assisted the Lawrence County Sherriff’s Office with fire investigations from 2006 until 2010. Shayne holds an associate of applied science degree in fire science.

 

C. ROBERT. COLLINS, IAAI/CFI, NAFI/CFEI – Phenix City, AL

Robert Collins is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He is also a Certified Fire Investigator, Certified Law Enforcement Officer, and Certified Hazmat Technician through the Columbus Georgia Department of Fire and EMS. Robert has dedicated more than 20 years to the Columbus Department of Fire and EMS, starting as a firefighter in 1999 with promotions through the ranks to fire investigator, a position he has held since 2017. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators. Robert is an experienced expert witness in fire-related court proceedings.
