DALE A. KEPLER – IAAI/CFI, IAAI/FIT, IAAI/ECT – Mesa, AZ
Dale is a Certified Fire Investigator, Fire Investigation Technician, and Evidence Collection Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He has earned an associate degree in fire science through the College of Southern Nevada and has been in the fire service industry since 2015. Dale currently works as a Fire Inspector/Investigator with the Mesa Fire and Medical Department in Arizona and has over six years of experience examining fire scenes. He is also a current member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Arizona Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators, and the Maricopa County Fire Investigation Task Force.
STEVEN E. KUNKLE: IAAI-CFI, CFI(V), CECT // NAFI-CFEI – Las Vegas, NV
Steve Kunkle is a Certified Fire Investigator, Certified Evidence Collection Technician, and Certified Fire Investigator with a Motor Vehicle Fire Endorsement through the International Association of Arson Investigators. Steve is also a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has more than 40 years of experience in fire and arson investigation and has served as a firefighter, fire marshal, and fire chief. Coupled with his fire service experience, Steve is a graduate of National University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Behavioral Science. He teaches classes in Firefighting Safety and Survival, Fire Technology, Fire Behavior and Combustion, Fire Protection Systems, and Fire Prevention at Mt. San Jacinto College and has been doing so for more than 30 years. He is also a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the California Conference of Arson Investigators, and the National Association of Fire Investigators.
JORGE H. LOYA: IAAI/CFI, NAFI/CFEI – Tucson, AZ
Jorge Loya is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators.
He has over 15 years of fire service experience with the Tucson Fire Department and started his career with Tucson Fire Department as a firefighter in 2005. Joreg then became a paramedic, a fire inspector and now is a fire investigator serving in that position since 2013. Jorge attended Pima Community College for HVAC 1 and 2 studies, and Cochise College to become a Certified Hazardous Materials Technician.
Jorge is a member in good standing with the National Association of Arson Investigators, the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Arizona Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators, and the International Association of Firefighters.
