JIM BEEM: IAAI/CFI, NAFI/CFEI – Mt. Shasta, CA

Jim is a Certified Fire Investigator and Certified Evidence Collection Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators, a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators, and a Certified Fire Investigator 1 & 2 through the California State Fire Marshal. He has 40 years of experience in the fire industry, with over 10 years of experience conducting origin and cause investigations. Jim is currently the Fire Captain of the Mt Shasta Fire Protection District, Siskiyou County Arson Team.

JESSE ZENDEJAS: IAAI/CFI, IAAI/FIT – Brawley, CA

Jesse is a Certified Fire Investigator and Fire Investigation Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators, a Certified Fire Investigator through the California Conference of Arson Investigators, and a Certified Fire Investigator I & II through the State of California. He has over 40 years of experience in the fire industry, including his current position of Fire Marshal for the City of Westmorland Fire Department. Jesse is a court-qualified expert witness and has been conducting origin and cause investigations for over five years.

Matt Larson: NAFI/CFEI – Healdsburg, CA (San Francisco Bay area)

Matt Larson is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the International Association of Fire Investigators. He has over 30 years of experience in fire and law enforcement services. He has served as a fire fighter on the Marin County Fire Department, Vacaville Fire Protection District, Tiburon Fire District, and the Healdsburg Fire Department. He is currently works as a fire investigator for a fire department in the East Bay. Matt has served in many other positions, including as a Private Origin & Cause Investigator, Deputy Sheriff for Marin County and Deputy Sheriff for Napa County, He is also a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI).

Troy Sheesley: IAAI/CFI – Lakewood, CA (Greater Anaheim area)

Troy Sheesley is both a Certified Fire Explosion Investigator (CFEI) and a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (CVFI) through the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). Additionally, he is a Fire Investigation Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI-FIT). His years of experience in the fire industry have also included investigative positions with Valentine and Associates, as well as the American Honda Motor Company. Troy is a member of both the National Association of Fire Investigators and the International Association of Arson Investigators.
