ANTHONY W. JOHNSON: IAAI/FIT, NAFI/CFEI, NAFI/CVFI – Lexington, KY

Anthony Johnson is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire Investigation Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He has over 20 years of experience in the fire service, including serving as a Fire/Arson Investigator for the Lexington Fire Department. Anthony is also a certified EMT-Paramedic. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire & Safety Engineering from Eastern Kentucky, University. Anthony is a member of the National Association of Fire Investigators, the National Association of Arson Investigators, and the International Association of Firefighters.

 

MARK K. STIGERS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Louisville, KY

Mark Stigers is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators. Mark has over twenty-five years of experience in the fire service, including fifteen years as a Fire Marshal for the Middletown Fire Protection District in Louisville, KY and eight years as the Assistant Chief. He has a degree in Fire Science from the Kentucky Community and Technical College system, as well as a Degree in Architectural Design.

 

TROY A. LUMLEY: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Independence, KY

Troy Lumley is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has over twenty years of experience in the fire service and currently serves as the Assistant Chief and Fire Investigator for the South McCreary Fire and Rescue Department in Pine Knot, Kentucky. He has also served as a Correctional Counselor for the Federal Bureau of Prisons for over two decades. Troy spent eleven years in the US Navy Submarine Force. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, AL. Troy is a member in good standing of the Kentucky Association of Arson Investigators and the Correctional peace Officer Association.

 

D. SHAYNE ADAMS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Lawrenceburg, TN

Shayne Adams is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has been in the fire service for more than 20 years with the city of Lawrenceburg. Shayne became a certified police officer in 2005, after which he was named fire investigator for the city of Lawrenceburg. He assisted the Lawrence County Sherriff’s Office with fire investigations from 2006 until 2010. Shayne holds an associate of applied science degree in fire science.
