Richard Peterson is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Arson Investigators. He is also a Certified Marine Investigator through the International Association of Marine Investigators. Rick has instructed numerous fire and electrical investigation courses as well as marine fire investigation courses throughout the State of Florida. Rick has over 20 years of professional experience in the investigation, analysis and determination of fire origin and cause involving structures, vehicles, heavy equipment, and marine craft. In addition to his experience as a private fire investigator, Rick has experience as an insurance adjuster, and is an expert witness in fire-related court proceedings. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering Technology with an emphasis in Fire Investigation and a Minor in Law Enforcement.
DENNIS J. MIGNOGNO: NAFI-CFEI, CVFI, CFII – Lincoln, DE
Dennis Mignogno is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator, Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator, and Certified Fire Investigator Instructor through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Dennis has 31 years of experience in the fire service, including five years as a fire chief. He also has 20 years of experience in the field of automotive repair and 22 years of experience as a forensic examiner. Dennis has instructed many seminars across varied topics, including Vehicle Fire Investigation, Mechanical Failure, and Forensic Photography. He is a member in good standing of the National Association of Fire Investigators, the International Association of Arson investigations, and the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators. Dennis is also a Forensic Locksmith trained by the Associated Locksmiths of America. He has testified as an expert witness in both state and federal court.
G. DANIEL WILLIAMS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI, CVFI – Wilmington, DE
Daniel Williams is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator though the National Association of Fire Investigators. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the Fraternal Order of Police. William has over thirty-five years of experience in the fire service, and over twenty years of experience in law enforcement. He has been a Fire Investigator for with the Glassboro Police Department of Glassboro, NJ for over fifteen years. William has instructed trainings on juvenile fire setters, as well as evidence collection. He is a court qualified expert witness in the state of New Jersey.
WILLIAM E. RIEGER II: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Woodbury, NJ
Bill Rieger II is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Bill served as Fire Marshal and Fire Coordinator of Gloucester County, NJ for nearly 20 years. He taught as a senior instructor at the Gloucester County Fire Academy for 20 years as well. Additionally, he has been with the Woodbury Fire Department since 1987, serving in various line officer positions, as well as a fire official, fire marshal, and deputy fire marshal. Bill currently serves a volunteer firefighter for the department and has done so since 1971.
Bill is a court-qualified expert witness and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Trenton State College. He currently has membership in several organizations, some of which include the International Association of Arson Investigators, the New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and South Carolina Chapters of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the National Association of Fire Investigators, and the New Jersey Fire Prevention & Protection Association.
THOMAS W. DOLAN: IAAI-CFI – Harrisburg, PA
Tom Dolan is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, a Certified Fire Investigator I through the Office of the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner, and a Certified Fire Investigator through the National Board of Fire Service Professional Qualifications. Tom has more than 20 years of experience in the fire service and is currently a detective with the Carlisle Police Department. He reviews case files for cold fires and conducts fire investigations for the Borough of Carlisle, many of which have led to guilty pleas for arson. In addition, Tom has investigated several cases related to homicides, sexual assaults, robberies, and frauds. Tom is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the Pennsylvania Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.
