J. RANDALL PLATT: IAAI/CFI, NAFI/CFEI – Biloxi, MS

Randall Platt is a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators, and a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He has over thirty years of experience in the fire service field and has spent the past 21 years with Jackson County Fire Protection where he holds the rank of captain. Randall has been a member of their fire investigation team since 2009. He is a member in good standing of the Mississippi Fire Investigators Association and has an Associates of Fire Science from Columbia Southern University. Randall has experience as an expert witness.

 

D. SHAYNE ADAMS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Lawrenceburg, TN

Shayne Adams is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has been in the fire service for more than 20 years with the city of Lawrenceburg. Shayne became a certified police officer in 2005, after which he was named fire investigator for the city of Lawrenceburg. He assisted the Lawrence County Sherriff’s Office with fire investigations from 2006 until 2010. Shayne holds an associate of applied science degree in fire science.

 

MARK A. WILLIAMS: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – Montgomery, AL

Mark Williams is Certified Fire Investigator by the International Association of Arson Investigators , a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Mark has seven years of law enforcement experience in addition to sixteen and a half years of fire service experience within Montgomery Fire & Rescue, including serving as a firefighter, fire sergeant, fire lieutenant, and fire captain. He has seven years of fire investigation experience, examining fire scenes for the city of Montgomery. Mark is also a member of the Alabama Association of Arson Investigators as well as a member of the National Association of Fire Investigators.

 

WILLIAM A. FULTON: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI, CVFI – Montgomery, AL

Buddy Fulton is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has more than 28 years of experience in the fire service, serving in the roles of firefighter, sergeant, training officer, public education officer, and fire lieutenant. Buddy most recently served as a fire suppression lieutenant for the Montgomery Fire Department, retiring in 2020, and previously served in the investigative division of the same department. He has been an instructor for the Alabama Fire College and is a court-qualified expert in the state of Alabama.
