ROSE M. ROZMIAREK: IAAI-CFI, CFI(V), CECT // NAFI-CFEI, CVFI – Kansas City, MO

Rose Rozmiarek is a Certified Fire Investigator, Certified Evidence Collection Technician, and Certified Fire Investigator with a Motor Vehicle Fire Endorsement through the International Association of Arson Investigators. She is also a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators.

Rose has more than 32 years of experience in full-time law enforcement and more than 17 years of experience as a volunteer firefighter. She was Chief of Investigations for the Kansas State Fire Marshal’s Office from 2001 to 2016 and a Certified Accelerant Detection Canine Handler for seven years. Rose is an adjunct professor at Washburn University and has conducted training sessions for various professional organizations and public section agencies.

Rose has been conducting fire investigations in the private sector since 2013 and is currently licensed in Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri. She holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Washburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminalistics from Michigan State University. Rose is a court-qualified expert witness in the state of Kansas. She is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, currently serving as the Award Committee Chair and on the Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Colorado Chapters of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators.

 

JASON M. BRADLEY: IAAI-CFI – Ozark, MO

Jay Bradley is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire Investigator, Fire Inspector, and Fire Service Instructor through the Missouri Division of Fire Safety. Jay has more than 20 years of experience in the fire service and has served as a firefighter and a lieutenant for the Western Taney County Fire Protection District and a training officer, operations officer, shift officer, investigator, and battalion chief for the Ozark Fire Protection District. With more than 14 years of accumulated experience examining fire scenes, Jay has conducted more than 500 fire investigations within the boundaries of his response area.

Jay has a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with minors in pre-MBA and Fire Administration from Western Illinois University. He is a retired member of the International Association of Firefighters and a current member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Arkansas Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators, and the Missouri Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.

 

J. TODD SOONG: IAAI-CFI // NAFI-CFEI – St. Louis, MO

Todd Soong is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators, as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. Todd has more than 20 years of experience in the fire service, currently serving as Captain with Rock Community Fire Protection District. He is also a Certified Instructor through the International Association of Arson Investigators. Todd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University.

 

DELLA K. MOORE IAAI/CFI – Jackson, MO

Della Moore is a Certified Fire Investigator through the IAAI and a Certified Fire Instructor I through the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire Safety She is also a Certified Peace Officer through the State of Missouri, and a Certified Fire Investigator by the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress. Della has served the citizens of Southeast Missouri for over 12 years as a law enforcement investigator with experience in the management of criminal and fire scene investigations. She has experience in homicide, fraud, property damage, theft, and drug investigations. Della has served as a deputy sheriff, jail administrator, detective, and detective sergeant with the Bollinger County Sheriff’s Office. Della was most recently a senior commissioned state investigator for the Department of Public Safety, Division of Fire Safety where she conducted fire and explosion investigations covering twenty counties in Missouri. Della has testified in a fire-related court proceeding.
