STEVE STROTHER: NAFI/CFEI – Edmond, OK (OKC area)

Glenn Frost is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI). He has over 19 years of experience in the fire industry in various positions, including his current position as a Fire Investigator for the City of San Antonio Fire Department. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas – San Antonio. He holds an active membership with the International Association of Arson Investigators and The Central Texas Fire Investigators and Inspectors Association. Glenn Frost is a court-qualified expert witness.

TIMOTHY REEVES: IAAI/CFI – Miami, OK

Tim Reeves is a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) through the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI) and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (CFEI) through the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI). He has 30 years of experience in law enforcement and over 37 years of experience as a firefighter/EMT. He served as a Captain for Quapaw Nation Fire/EMS and was a certified accelerant detection canine handler. For the last 10 years, Tim has served as a Fire Investigator for the Quapaw Nation and was assigned to the Alcohol Tobacco Firearm Task Force (ATF) to investigate arsons in the State of Oklahoma. He is a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators.

BRIAN COSNER: IAAI/CFI – Tuttle, OK (OKC)

Brian Cosner is a Certified Fire Investigator (CFI) through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He has over 19 years of experience in the fire industry in various positions, including his current position as a Senior Fire Investigator for the Oklahoma City Fire Investigations Unit. He holds active memberships with the International Association of Firefighters, Local 157; the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI); the Oklahoma Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators, of which he is a member and elected Treasurer; and the International Association for Property and Evidence. Brian is a court-qualified expert witness.

STEVEN P. RHODES: IAAI/CFI, NAFI/CFEI – Tulsa, OK

Steve Rhodes is a court-qualified expert witness, a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators and a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators. Steve has several years of experience conducting fire and arson investigations. He has served with the Tulsa Fire Department for over 25 years and is currently an assistant fire marshal and fire investigator for the department. Steve has also served as a firefighter, training officer, fire equipment operator, and fire captain. Coupled with his fire service experience, Steve is a graduate of Northeastern State University and Tulsa Community College, where he earned an Associate of Science in Fire Protection. He is also a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Oklahoma Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators, the Oklahoma State Firefighters Association, and the International Association of Firefighters.
