ANTHONY SHOCKNEY: IAAI/CFI(V), IAAI/FIT, NAFI/CFEI – Charles Town, WV

Anthony Shockney is a Certified Fire Investigator with Vehicle Endorsement and Fire Investigation Technician through the International Association of Arson Investigators, and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has over 30 years of experience in the fire industry, including his current position as Full Time Fire Investigator, Office of the Fire Marshal, through the Baltimore City Fire Department. He holds an active membership with the International Association of Arson Investigators and the National Association of Fire Investigators.

 

BILLY CLARK: IAAI/CFI(V), NAFI/CFEI, CVFI – Brandywine, WV

Billy Clark is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has over forty years of experience in the fire service and law enforcement. Billy has held various investigative positions for fire departments and law enforcement agencies since 1989. Additionally, he has worked as a private fire investigator since 2001. Billy is a court qualified expert witness in the State of Virginia. Billy has also taught numerous courses and published articles in the fields such as fire investigation procedures, explosives, and evidence collection.

 

ROBERT W. HENDERSON: IAAI/CFI,  NAFI/CFEI, CVFI – Charlottesville, VA

Senior Fire Analyst Robert Henderson is a Certified Fire Investigator by the Commonwealth of Virginia Fire Marshal’s Academy and the National Fire Academy, as well as a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He is a court-qualified expert witness. Robert has served over 30 years as a professional police officer for the Fairfax County Police and Virginia State Police. He is a Certified Bomb Technician by the FBI/US ARMY Hazardous Devices School, Certified Hazard Materials Technician by the Department of Homeland Security, and a licensed private investigator in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Robert is a member of the board of directors of the Virginia Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators.

Michael Drushel is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator and Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator through the National Association of Fire Investigators. He has over 28 years of experience in the fire service, including over 20 years of examining fire scenes and determining areas of origin and causes of fires. He currently holds certifications as a Fire Investigator and a Fire Inspector I through the National Board on Fire Service Professional Qualifications. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and is the 1st Vice President of the Pennsylvania Association of Arson Investigators. Mike is an experienced expert witness in civil litigation cases.

 

THOMAS W. DOLAN: IAAI/CFI – Harrisburg, PA

Thomas Dolan is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators. He is a Certified Fire Investigator I through the Office of the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner and a Certified Fire Investigator through the National Board of Fire Service Professional Qualifications NFPA 1033. Thomas has over 20 years of experience in the fire service and is currently a police officer with the Carlisle Police Department. Additionally, he is a case file reviewer for “cold fires.”

 

ROBERT C. CABRAL: IAAI/CFI – Cincinnati, OH

Robert Cabral is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators. Robert is a court-qualified expert with over 25 years of experience in the fire service. He has been a lieutenant with the Union Township Fire Department for over 17 years. In addition to being a firefighter, Robert is also a certified fire safety inspector, fire service instructor, paramedic level EMS instructor in the state of Ohio. Robert is currently the president for the Ohio Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators having served a first term in 2006. He is also the co-director of the Ohio Arson School, Inc. Robert is a member of the Clermont County Fire Investigation Team and is a graduate of the Ohio Fire Executive Program.

 

ERIC R. WALL: IAAI/CFI – North Wilkesboro, NC (Northwestern NC & WV)

Eric Wall is a Certified Fire Investigator through the International Association of Arson Investigators and a Certified Fire Investigator through the North Carolina Fire and Rescue Commission. He is a Fire Investigator with the Charlotte Fire Department’s Fire Investigation Task Force. He has over eighteen years of investigative experience with the majority being while working as a Special Agent with North Carolina’s State Bureau of Investigation. Additionally, he is a member of the North Carolina Chapter of the International Association of Arson Investigators. Eric is a court-qualified expert witness. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Appalachian State University.
